Ridgemoor Country Club is a private, 18-hole golf facility located just eight miles from downtown Chicago. Established in 1905, the club features an original William Langford design. In 2014, Ridgemoor underwent a comprehensive renovation led by Jacobson Golf Course Design, which included the reconstruction of all tees and bunkers using Better Billy Bunker technology. The renovation also involved installing three USGA greens and regrassing all greens, tees, and fairways with 007 bentgrass. In 2025, the club upgraded its infrastructure by installing a new Toro irrigation system and pump station with Lynx control, ensuring “wall to wall” coverage across the course.
