As a Spray Technician, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals to maintain the health and appearance of turf and plants on golf courses, parks, and other landscapes. Your duties will include operating spraying equipment, calibrating application rates, monitoring weather conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping accurate records of applications and communicating with supervisors about the effectiveness of treatments. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of different types of chemicals and their applications, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve desired results.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong work ethic, a passion for environmental stewardship, and a commitment to safety. You should have experience in turf management or a related field, as well as the ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing conditions.
