Equipment Maintenance & Repair Perform all preventive maintenance for an extensive fleet of turf equipment used to prepare a championship-level golf course, including reel mowers, fairway units, triplexes, rough mowers, tractors, sprayers, utility vehicles, and specialty equipment. Conduct precise reel and bed-knife grinding, setup, and adjustment to ensure tour-quality cut performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and fuel system problems across the equipment fleet. Maintain and calibrate sprayers and spreaders to ensure application accuracy critical for tournament conditioning. Conduct daily inspection and safe release of equipment prior to morning deployments.
