Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervises course maintenance staff; conducts performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures, makes decisions for hiring/firing/promoting/demoting/training of staff, as needed. Assists in the planning and maintenance of greens, tees, fairway, and all other club property Schedules work and supervises the employees and the use of all equipment. Instructs equipment operators on the operation and care of mowing and other equipment. Performs pesticide and fertilizer applications and keep records of all applications. Supervises and participates in the operation and maintenance of pumps, an
