The Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 2nd Assistant Superintendent to lead our evening maintenance team. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for turf management.
In this role, the 2nd Assistant Superintendent will oversee and supervise the night maintenance crew to ensure efficient and high-quality operations. Key responsibilities include training and developing staff, executing seasonal agronomic practices, and applying fertilizers and pesticides. The position also involves performing irrigation system duties and assisting with the hiring and onboarding of team members.
