True North is looking to add a motivated Second Assistant/AIT to their team this season. The Second Assistant would work directly under the supervision of the Superintendent and 1st Assistant to perform daily maintenance tasks while helping to manage a staff of 13+.  Daily Responsibilities will include assisting in the training/management of the seasonal staff, maintaining moisture levels across all playing surfaces, daily set-up, daily irrigation practices and fixes, maintaining chemical records and application of chemicals/fertilizers, planning/implementing improvements across the property, operating equipment during aeration and in-house projects.
