DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:An employee in this class assists the Golf Course Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and supervising the maintenance of turf, trees, and landscaped areas on the golf course. Work includes daily monitoring of course conditions, specialized turf management on greens, tees, and fairways, operation of motorized equipment, pesticide and fertilizer applications, basic irrigation system maintenance, and general groundskeeping.
