Beaver Dam Farms is a historic 1,000-acre private destination resort undergoing a world-class transformation. Originally the estate of Kenny Rogers, the property features a unique 18-hole golf course, elite equestrian facilities, and organic farming operations. We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee the heartbeat of our operation: the equipment fleet.

The Role

As the Lead Mechanic, you are responsible for a diverse fleet of specialized machinery. Your primary focus is ensuring that all golf course and estate equipment is maintained to the highest standards. We are looking for a mechanic who understands that "good enough" isn't an option when creating a world-class guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Maintenance: Oversee the repair and preventative maintenance of all golf course equipment, including specialized reel mowers, tractors, and utility vehicles. As well as heavy equipment and farm tractors
• Grinding & Sharpening: Maintain the highest quality of cut by performing regular reel grinding and bedknife sharpening.
• Fleet Management: Maintain detailed service records, manage parts inventory, and organize a clean, efficient, and safe shop environment.
• Safety & Training: Ensure all equipment is safe for operation and assist in training the crew on proper equipment handling and daily checks.
• Estate Support: Provide mechanical support for the property’s equestrian and organic farming machinery as needed.
