Victory Ranch is seeking motivated individuals for the 2026 season to work on our golf course maintenance team. Victory Ranch is located in the beautiful Wasatch Back near Park City, Utah. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to experience all facets of golf course maintenance practices. Our work environment encourages a relaxed and efficient work style so we can truly enjoy time at and away from work.   Qualified candidates will assist the Superintendent and Assistants in all areas of golf course maintenance including, but not limited to, daily course set up, irrigation scheduling, fertilizer and pesticide calibration, aerating, seeding, sodding, hand watering, and managing crews on small projects.
