Overview: The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent assists in planning, coordinating, and executing the golf course maintenance program.   Essential Duties: Assists 1ST AGCS in conducting morning crew meeting and is responsible for utilizing assignment board used to schedule, assign, and/or direct golf course maintenance staff to execute golf course management plan, including daily tasks and special projects Works with 1st AGCS for daily assessment of golf course, including presentation, course preparation, quality of play and hand watering needs Trains employees in normal golf course operation activities, including the safe and efficient use
