TPC Tampa Bay is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team as Groundskeepers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes, and wants to build a career in golf course management and turfgrass maintenance.
As a Groundskeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the championship-level conditions our members and guests expect. Working alongside experienced turf professionals, you will assist with daily golf course setup, landscape maintenance, irrigation projects, and overall course presentation.

Position Summary
The Groundskeeper performs a variety of golf course and landscape maintenance duties to ensure the course, practice facilities, clubhouse grounds, and surrounding property are maintained to the highest standards.
Essential Responsibilities
Mow greens, tees, fairways, and other turf areas using walk-behind and riding equipment
Maintain landscape beds, trees, shrubs, and ornamental plantings
Rake and maintain bunkers
Repair divots and ball marks
Assist with sod installation and turf repair projects
Perform manual watering and irrigation-related tasks
Maintain practice facility tees and surrounding areas
Operate utility vehicles, blowers, string trimmers, and other landscape equipment
Assist with aerification, drainage, and irrigation installation projects
Remove debris and maintain the cleanliness of golf course grounds and facilities
Clean and maintain equipment after use
Support special projects and other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent and management team
