Indian Bayou Golf Club is seeking an individual for the position of IPM Technician.  The intergrated pest management program is designed to address the management of pest pressures in turf, ornamental plants including trees and shrubs, native areas and lakes.  This includes application of plant protectants such as fungicides, algaecides, insecticides and herbicides.  It also includes managing plant health through fertillization, promoting proper soil drainage, sunlight exposure and air movement. As assistant-in-training the person in this position will be exposed to staff management, scheduling, project planning and managment and will be considered for beginning level supervisory duties.  The spray tech will be involved in all aspects of the IPM
