Plan, organize, supervise, and otherwise direct the Golf Maintenance staff within the guidelines set by the LACC Employee Handbook, the Operations Manager, and the General Manager. Golf course maintenance activities will be planned using input from the Operations Manager and the General Manager to provide a playing experience that is equal to, or superior to, the local competition.  Train and instruct staff in the proper execution of their duties and in proper safety practices. Conduct and document regular staff meetings. Have sufficient knowledge to deal with personnel administration and regulatory agencies including:  Employment laws relating to wages, hours, and working conditions Safety Standards, State law, Workers Compensation, and OSHA
