Manager-In-Training Program
Position Time Status: Full Time Shift: Monday – Friday, 40 hrs/wk. Hours will shift based on department assignment. Some weekends are required seasonally. Salary Range: $40,000 annually Job Summary: The goal of the MIT opportunity is to prepare the individual for a future management position. During this time the MIT will go through an 18-month plan that will train them in all areas of the company; Technical, Sales, and Customer Service.  The MIT will work in all three branch locations based on their assigned training plan.
