Eagle Lakes Golf Club, a premier daily fee facility in Naples, Florida, is seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Superintendent to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to work at a championship-level golf course that stretches over 7,000 yards from the back tees, surrounded by 18 lakes, 20 greens, an aqua range, and a beautiful clubhouse.

Position Overview
The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with and report directly to the Superintendent, while also receiving guidance from the professional staff as needed. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about turf management, enjoys hands-on leadership, and is eager to contribute to the continued growth and success of Eagle Lakes Golf Club.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily golf course maintenance and operations
Supervise and train maintenance staff
Monitor turf health, irrigation, and pest management programs
Ensure proper care of newly regrassed fairways, roughs, and tees
Keep green speeds up and rolling smooth
Oversee safe work practices
Support the Superintendent in planning and executing agronomic programs
Qualifications
Degree or certificate in turfgrass management, agronomy, or related field preferred
Previous golf course maintenance or supervisory experience required
Strong knowledge of turfgrass practices, irrigation systems, and equipment operation
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commitment to high standards of course conditioning and presentation
Spray License

18 hole championship golf club in Naples, Florida. Semi-private and doing 40,000 rounds annually. 5 sets of tees with 50 bunkers and 18 lakes and Bermuda grass fairways and greens. We are looking for experienced maintenance workers with experience in irrigation, spraying, and all other aspects of maintenance.
We are looking to build a team to take the course to the next level. Pay is hourly and depending on experience. Bonus for irrigation and spray techs and degrees or certifications.
