We are looking to add a mechanic assistant to our team with the potential to become head mechanic in the near future. The current head mechanic is looking to retire in the next 1-2 years and we will need to have a fully trained replacement. All necessary operations can be taught on the job to a person with a mechanical inclination. We have almost an entirely new fleet of equipment that will need to be maintained well. There will be a significant pay increase with the head mechanics position when the time comes.
