Miami Beach Golf Course is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role, although experience with paspalum turf is preferred but not required. A Florida pesticide license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days is necessary for this position. While not mandatory, the ability to speak Spanish would be advantageous. The role requires strong leadership skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the course's maintenance meets high standards. A degree or certificate in turf management is preferred.
This position offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and their own transportation. Willingness to work holidays and weekends is a requirement for this role.
