ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:   Employees of Bluejack Ranch ensure that the highest level of service is offered to the members and guests of Bluejack Ranch by providing them with personal, gracious and professional service. Under general direction from the Director of Agronomy and/or the Superintendent the Equipment Manager oversees a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all Club equipment. This program includes the repair of failing equipment, keeping accurate records of parts and labor needed to maintain each piece of equipment, and placing orders for parts and supplies needed for equipment and service. The Equipment Manager properly communicates any needs or problems relating to the maintenance or repair of equipment to the Director of Agronomy.
