GCSAA is seeking a strategic hands-on leader to drive member recruitment and engagement while overseeing the development and delivery of high-impact programs and services. Position will oversee the Membership department (member recruitment, retention  and governance), Learning & Career Development (education, certificates, certificataion programs, etc.), First Green & Workforce Development (provides clear pathways & resources to introduce the industry to new audiences) and Chapter Outreach (connects the association with chapters in their areas, driving membership growth & fundraising efforts). Position reports to executive leadership and serves on the Department and Senior Leadership teams. This leader will guide a talented multidisciplinary team, foster cross-department collabor
