Dedham Country and Polo Club is seeking to hire an Assistant Superintendent to join the existing grounds management staff. The successful candidate will work alongside the Superintendent and the existing Assistant Superintendents to manage all facets of the operation and possess the desire to grow within the organization to ultimately fulfill their goal of becoming a Golf Course Superintendent. The Assistant Superintendent will participate in staffing, budgeting, chemical and water management, and overseeing the day-to-day operations.
