The Assistant Superintendent at The Highlands in Harbor Springs, Michigan plays a crucial role in the daily management of the Arthur Hills course. This position involves overseeing various aspects of golf course maintenance, including but not limited to fertilization, chemical applications, and team training. The successful candidate will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure the course is maintained to high standards, providing an exceptional experience for golfers. Responsibilities of this role also include monitoring turf conditions, irrigation systems, and pest control measures. The Assistant Superintendent will collaborate with the grounds crew to execute maintenance plans effectively and efficiently. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in golf course maintenance
