Responsible for general grounds maintenance and the application of turf-grass related chemicals
Demonstrates knowledge of safely mixing and applying fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and pesticides in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Must understand how local, state, and federal regulations for chemical handling and storage
Responsible for maintaining accurate daily documentation of all chemical applications
Possesses strong proficiency in equipment operation, calibration, and overall turfgrass management practices
Will frequently lift and carry 50lbs.
Will work in various outdoor conditions
Must have applicable NC Pesticide Applicator’s license
Must have a valid US driver’s license
This is a full-time, year-round position.
Reports to the Golf Course Superintendent.
Wage Range: $20/hr-$25/hr
