The Assistant Superintendent will be tasked with maintaining the agronomy of the course at the highest levels. They will directly report to the Course Superintendent and their duties shall be as follows:
· Develop Plant Protectants Program
· Execute all pesticide applications
· Perform course setup on daily basis
· Manage, direct, educate and train seasonal employees
· Scout and manage any diseases
· Maintain inventory
· Communicate with Pro Shop personnel on course conditions daily
· Interface with members regularly
· Active local chapter involvement

Built in 2010, Fyre Lake Golf Club is an 18-Hole Public Golf Course located in Sherrard, IL. One of the few Nicklaus Designs in the state of Illinois, Fyre Lake is carved through a beautiful, undulating terrain with the namesake lake creating some of the most breathtaking shots in the area. A par 70 measuring over 6500 yards, this course is a true test to all levels of golfers.
