As the Superintendent in Charge of Ground Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the ground operations at our facility. This role is crucial in ensuring that our grounds are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing for all visitors and staff. You will be in charge of developing and implementing strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our ground maintenance operations. Responsibilities include supervising a team of ground staff, creating work schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of our grounds.

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in grounds maintenance or related field
• Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
• Strong knowledge of landscape design, irrigation systems, and plant care
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Certification in pesticide application and/or irrigation management (preferred)
