The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent reports directly to the Superintendent and will be involved in all areas of golf course management including but not limited to implementation of chemical and fertilizer applications, equipment calibration, irrigation and drainage repair, water management, record keeping, and employee management and training. The Assistant Superintendent should possess a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively in a team environment with objective of meeting or exceeding club goals and standards.
Fertilizer and Chemical application, Project Management, Water Management, Golf Course Construction/Renovation, Irrigation and Drainage, Employee Training, Computer Skills, Ability to obtain Florida State Pesticide License within 6 months.
