Savannah Lakes Village is home to two semi private 18-hole golf courses. We were established in 1989 and are located approximately 35 miles from Augusta, Georgia.  Our Tara Golf Course plays to 7,002 yards on TifEagle Bermuda Greens, and our Monticello Golf Course plays to 7,032 yards on Mini Verde Bermuda Greens. The Director of Golf Maintenance reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer/GM and is responsible for the operation of assigned areas and activities at all times and in all matters in accordance with the published rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the SLV POA. Duties include but not limited to: golf course maintenance, supervision & training of staff, purchasing responsibility, budgeting, irrigation system management, plant protectant and fertil
