Established in 1892, Chicago Golf Club is known to be the first 18-hole golf club in North America as well as a founding member of the USGA. Designed by C.B. Macdonald and later renovated by Seth Raynor, Chicago Golf Club is home to unique and legendary architectural characteristics, such as classic template holes. The course sits on 206 acres of wide-open land with about 80 of those being “low maintenance” fine fescues. CGC is located in Wheaton, IL approximately 25 miles West of downtown Chicago.
