POSITION OVERVIEW The primary role of the Jones Course Superintendent is the oversight of the golf course maintenance and related facilities at Master Association for Rancho La Quinta. This position reports directly to the Director of Agronomy and manages golf course maintenance staff and is responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, leading the team, and performance management. The Superintendent oversees the golf course maintenance, making necessary recommendations and decisions to make to ensure optimal course conditions prevail year-round.
