Pursell Farms is seeking a highly motivated Equipment manager to the daily aspects of our equipment fleet, we have a brand new fleet of equipment in Spring of 2024.   This is a hands on position that must communicate daily with Director of Agronomy and be involved in weekly management meetings with the agronomy team.  This position will inspects, diagnoses and repairs mechanical defects/failures in various golf course maintenance equipment, including, diesel and gasoline-powered engines Prioritizes equipment repair and maintenance work. Maintains a preventive maintenance program within budget on all equipment, and purchases repair parts and replacement supplies. Keeps a complete set of records for equipment and parts inventory purchases, equipment con
