The Kansas City Country Club was founded in 1896 and is located in Mission Hills, Kansas. The Club has retained Andrew Green to conduct a complete renovation of our A.W. Tillinghast golf course. The project will include all new greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, drainage, rough, and irrigation. We are scheduled to begin with a full kill of the existing course in August 2024, and McDonald & Sons Golf Course Builders will begin construction of the new course in October 2024. The new golf course is scheduled to reopen in the spring of 2026. The opportunity to volunteer at a PGA Tour event will be extended to those interested.
