This is a full-time, year-round position. Daily staff management, planning of day-to-day golf course maintenance, tournament preparation, staff training, and other management duties are the requirements of the position. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is willing to work overtime and weekends, when necessary, be a self-starter, and have a strong desire to learn and grow. The Superintendent is in a hands-on management position working with the Director of Agronomy in all aspects of the operation.
