As the Head Superintendent, you will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the golf course and grounds. You will oversee daily operations, including turf maintenance, irrigation, equipment management, and staff supervision. Your leadership will guide the maintenance team in providing optimal playing conditions and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the course for members and guests. Collaboration with the golf course owner and management to develop and execute long-term maintenance plans will be a key aspect of your role.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in golf course maintenance
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of agronomy, turf management, and irrigation systems
Experience with budgeting and financial management
Familiarity with local environmental regulations and best practices in golf course maintenance
