Golf Course Maintenance / Grounds Crew Member

Clio Country Club is seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our golf course maintenance team. This position plays a key role in maintaining course conditions and supporting daily operations.

Position Type

• Seasonal (with potential for extended or returning employment)
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Early morning hours required (typical start times between 5:30–6:30 AM)

  Job Responsibilities

  • Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
  • Raking bunkers and maintaining sand areas
  • Trimming, edging, and detail work around course features
  • Assisting with course setup and daily preparation
  • Operating and maintaining turf equipment
  • Performing general groundskeeping and cleanup duties
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily maintenance goals

   

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Willingness to learn proper turf and equipment practices
• Ability to perform physical labor (walking, bending, lifting at times, upwards off 50lbs)
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Golf course or landscaping experience preferred but not required (we will train the right person)
