We are seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to manage all facets of maintenance and upkeep of the course and property. This is a full-time, year-round position offering stability at the position as the departing superintendent was the course steward for the past 12 seasons and we are looking for his long-term replacement.
Musket Ridge is a high end, daily fee course and is perennially ranked as one of the best courses in Maryland, including being named in 2025 as Golfweek’s #1 public access course in the state. Year in, year out, the course averages 30,000+ rounds. The facility features 18-holes with bent grass greens, fairways and tees. There is a full grass range, practice putting green and chipping complex area with a newly built instructional building, and we anticipate breaking ground on a new par 3 course sometime in the near future.

Safety Program Implementation: Monitoring and enforcing a comprehensive safety program for employees, members, and guests in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
