We are looking for a Head Irrigation Tech to lead our irrigation team in optimizing water distribution systems for a variety of landscapes, from golf courses to residential properties. As the Head Irrigation Tech, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems, as well as managing a team of irrigation technicians. Your expertise will be crucial in developing irrigation plans, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance water conservation.

In this role, attention to detail is key as you design irrigation layouts, select appropriate equipment, and monitor system performance. You will collaborate with landscape designers, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that irrigation systems meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

About Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club

Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club at the Sheraton Steamboat Resort features one of the best golf courses in Colorado's Rocky Mountains. A spectacular 18-hole course, designed by Robert Trent Jones II, features incredible views of the Yampa Valley, while Fish Creek winds its way through seven of the holes. In 2008, a $2.2 million renovation was completed to the course which included a complete remodel of the irrigation system, new main line valves, sprinkler heads and an upgraded pumping station. The putting surfaces are a Poa Annua/Bentgrass mix and the fairways and tees are mostly a Bentgrass/Bluegrass/Rye mix.
