About The Role:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Golf Course Superintendent will be responsible for leading the day-to-day maintenance and management of the course. The Superintendent will work collaboratively with a team of 13-18 crew members that include a full-time mechanic, assistant superintendent and 2nd assistant superintendent.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong agronomic knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent team management skills. Candidates must be willing to be a hands on/working superintendent.
What We’re Looking For:
2- or 4-year degree in Turfgrass Management or related field
2+ years of progressive experience as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Strong agronomic expertise on the Front Range of Colorado preferred
Leadership ability with a focus on team development and accountability
A superintendent who thrives under high expectations and takes pride in delivering excellence.
Candidate will need to have a Qualified Supervisor Pesticide license or be willing to get one in the first year of employment.
Candidate that is willing to work with autonomous mowing systems
Candidates must be willing to work closely with the ProShop manager.
Candidates will work Monday through Friday with rotating weekends
