Join our team as a Assistant Turf Equipment Technician and be part of a dynamic work environment where your mechanical aptitude will shine. As a self-motivated individual, you will play a crucial role in repairing and maintaining all golf course equipment. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent organizational skills, maintain a clean workspace, demonstrate honesty and discipline in their work ethic, and be a dedicated team player. Collaboration with the Equipment Manager is key, as you will work together to ensure all equipment is operating at its best. While golf course equipment experience is preferred, we are willing to train candidates with a background in small engine and hydraulics repair and maintenance. If you are an automotive technician seeking a change of scenery but still want to work with engines and vehicles, we encourage you to apply. You should have a caring and friendly demeanor, as you will interact closely with our assistant superintendents to exceed member expectations. In addition to your shop duties, you will be asked to help on the golf course and during tournament prep, allowing you to be involved in multiple aspects of our operation.
