Willows Run Golf Club has two 18-hole golf courses, one executive 9-hole course and an 18-hole authentic miniature putting course. Driving range has "In range" tracer technology.
Willows Run is a unique and busy golf complex. 100,000+ rounds on 18-hole golf courses. 80,000 visitors at the driving range. 90,000 rounds at par 3 and mini golf. (2024).
There are many advantages here. Current Superintendent is ready to transfer to another course the company owns. Current Superintendent willing to help the new Superintendent transition as much as needed both on site and remotely. Current Superintendent likes working at Willows, as it is a great place to work and gain experience managing a multi-course facility. The company is expanding rapidly, with the concept of private course setting in public golf sector, with ample budgets.

EXPECTATIONS AND DUTIES
Somebody with experience in the construction of tee complexes would be highly valuable.
Willing to relocate within 10 miles to commute. Seattle, Redmond, Bellevue, Bothell, Kirkland, Woodinville and more good places. For traffic reasons.
Perform daily checks for dry spots, wet spots with skills to troubleshoot and correct these areas.
Exceptional knowledge performing hand watering, aerification, venting, verti-cutting, etc.
Knowledge of Poa annua turfgrass and all the equipment, chemicals, fertilizers and watering practices used to maintain fast greens and keep healthy tees, fairways and rough.
Experience and knowledge adding or moving irrigation heads where needed, any electricals, seek and delegate to ensure sprinkler heads are of optimal angle and height.
Exceptional drainage installation and management skills.
Keeping withing the budget.
Ability to think frugal and use creative minds to finish the project with the least amount of budget.
Obtain Pesticide license within 90 days.
Learn how to sharpen, take apart, put back together cutting units and then training key staff this skill.
Instructing and monitoring staff on mowing patterns, how to wash, clean, maintain machine in good state, etc.
