Jacaranda Golf Club – Plantation, FL
Jacaranda Golf Club, a premier 36-hole facility located just 30 minutes west of Fort Lauderdale, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Assistant Superintendent to join our golf course maintenance team. We are in the first phase of a multi-year renovation project that includes upgrades/renovations to both golf courses, the clubhouse facilities, and our maintenance equipment fleet. As one of five properties within our company’s portfolio—and continued plans for expansion—Jacaranda offers an excellent opportunity for a driven turf professional eager to grow into a future Golf Course Superintendent.
Jacaranda - East Course is completing a turf re-grassing from seashore paspalum to Bimini bermudagrass, full bunker rebuild, pond bank restoration, coquina installation, and practice facilities enhancement. The West course will follow a similar renovation plan in 2026.
2- or 4-year degree in Agronomy, Turfgrass Management, or related field.
1–3 years of turfgrass management experience.
Ability to obtain a Florida pesticide license.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Spanish speaking ability is a plus.
Passion for the golf industry with a strong ambition to advance into a Superintendent role.
