Director Of Agronomy is responsible for managing and overseeing all agronomic operations and golf course grounds at Miami Beach Golf Club and Normandy Shores Golf Club.  Both facilities are high volume member and daily fee golf courses, each hosting 50,000+ rounds annually, requiring exceptional organization, strategic planning, and operational excellence. This leadership position ensures the delivery of the best possible playing conditions while maintaining environmental stewardship, fiscal responsibility, and strong team culture. 

GCSAA class A preferred. 4 years Superintendent experience. Paspalum experience preferred. Experience with Toro SitePro Central Control System. Florida Department of Agriculture issued Turf and Ornamental Commercial Applicator License, Commercial Fertilizer Applicator License or obtain in first 90 days of employment. Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
