Glenbrook Club is seeking a seasonal intern to join our golf course maintenance and grounds team for the 2026 golf season. As a seasonal intern you will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and will be an integral part of the management team. This role offers hands-on involvement in all areas of agronomy, including daily maintenance practices, renovation projects, staff coordination, and both short- and long-term planning. Our goal is to provide the training and experience needed to prepare you for a successful future career as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily golf course maintenance: mowing, watering, bunker care, course set up and scouting
•  Support fertilizer and pesticide handling, calibration, application, and record keeping
• Operate a variety of turf equipment, including mowers, rollers, and aerifiers
• Participate in seasonal projects, renovations, and improvement initiatives
• Participate in irrigation inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Help ensure high standards of course conditioning, safety, and professionalism

Currently enrolled in or a new grad from a two-or four-year turfgrass program.

Glenbrook Club is a private 9 hole course in a gated community in Glenbrook Nevada. The club is celebrating our one hundred year anniversary this year. Our golf course sits in the heart of our community with amazing mountain and lake views of Lake Tahoe. Our Golf season runs from May 1st through October weather permitted.
