If you're tired of the grind in the golf world, working 50-60 hours a week, no days off etc. We have had a ton of success with employees making the switch while still using their knowledge of turf. We don't work on weekends & we want our employees spending more time playing golf or with their family!!
We are looking to add new employees to join our growing lawn service team at Pure Turf as Certified Turfgrass Specialist. We pride ourselves on being different than your average spray application company, we do everything first class, and only want A players on our team. We will be holding interviews in at our office in Nashville, Tennessee or over the phone for those willing to relocate. Current openings will start in Mid-January or early February, with more hiring throughout the spring.
This is a salaried position, with the added benefit of monthly team performance pay incentives. Other benefits include 4-5 weeks of paid time off in December/January, Vacation & PTO time available, 401k, Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits available.

Basic understanding of turf
Ability to become C03 certified in Tennessee
Experience in Golf, Landscaping, etc but not required
Preferred but not mandatory, College Degree in some area of Turf/Soil Science etc
