Irrigation System: Rainbird Pro system installed in 2021
Turf Types: Tif-Eagle greens, Bimini Bermudagrass tees, fairways, and rough

Typical work hours: 40-50 hours per week year round including a scheduled shift every other weekend

Key Knowledge, Skills, Aptitude and Other Traits:
Operational Excellence:
Assist in budget and capital planning alongside the Golf Course Superintendent.
Lead the maintenance team to retrain and develop new practices at a higher standard.
Oversee chemical and fertilizer application, irrigation management, and agronomic activities.
Team Development:
Foster a positive work culture through training, mentoring, and motivation.
Develop team members for growth into leadership roles.
Compliance & Safety:
Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
Integrate safety best practices into daily operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or associate degree in Turfgrass Management or a related field.
5+ years of progressive golf course maintenance experience.
2+ years of leadership and administrative experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (DOE)
