Originally opened in 1991, Loch Lloyd Country Club boasts an 18 hole golf course re-designed by Tom Watson Signature Design in 2012. Loch Lloyd Country Club is consistently known as one of the best golfing experiences in the Midwest. Loch Lloyd Country Club is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to assist in leading a staff of 30 individuals. The Assistant will be involved in daily course management and will work closely with the Superintendent and other Assistants. The ability to lead as well as the desire to learn is necessary for consideration in this position.
Essential Functions
Manage and perform all operations involving maintained turf, landscapes, bunkers, bodies of water, chemical and fertilizer applications, equipment and irrigation
Responsible for supervising and training to ensure the quality of work meets the standard
Ensure all safety protocols and policies are being adhered to
Leading and motivating the maintenance team to achieve set goals
Supervising all chemical applications to be in compliance with all local, state and federal laws
Collaborate with fellow leaders to prepare daily and weekly schedules and strategies
