The Equipment Manager will play an important role in the golf and resort operations of Four Seasons Resort Lana'i and the Manele Golf Course.  Candidate will oversee the maintenance and repair of all golf course carts and equipment as well as beach resort golf carts.  These include a variety of gasoline, diesel, and electric powered carts and equipment.  Plans, directs, trains, and performs the maintenance/repair work.  Directs and supervises other mechanics or assigned employees.  Performs very difficult and exacting task which require highly skilled and accurate manual and computerized operations involving exacting coordinated performance which must be done to precise adjustments and dimension limits.
