Design and implement of a preventative maintenance for all equipment and keeping on schedule Repairs on all equipment and vehicles not operating as designed. Proper sharpening and adjustments to all mowing equipment to ensure the best cut possible. The ordering, stocking and inventory of all parts and accessories. Accurate and timely record keeping for all equipment.  Off season grinding, rebuilding and repairing of equipment to be prepared for the next season. Training employees in the proper operation, maintenance and safe operation of equipment. This will happen in conjunction with other training staff. Reporting equipment abuse to the Golf Course Superintendent who will take appropriate actions.
