Old Elm is seeking a qualified, highly motivated, team oriented individual to join our team. The assistant will lead and direct a diverse staff in a wide range of activities including, but not limited to, daily golf course maintenance, implementing of spray programs, purchasing and ordering, project planning and staffing. The applicant will work closely with and report directly to the Superintendent. By utilizing a strong network and industry ties the Superintendent will assist you in reaching your career goals. Initial Priorities of Position:  Oversee operations of all golf course maintenance that provides our members and guests with championship golf experience on a daily basis.
