This position will manage the day to day operations on the Canyon golf course.  Individual will be responsible for hiring, training, annual reviews as well as any disciplinary action when needed.  Will be involved with complete nine hole irrigation renovation summer 2024.  Toro equipment lease package will renew summer 2024.  Toro Lynx irrigation system.  This is not your typical "first assistant job" for someone wanting to get started in the industry.  Position will require the individual to be organized, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and lead the staff. Ventana Canyon is a 36 hole semi private community with two -18 hole Tom Fazio courses.  Membership is currently at 700 members.
