Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent or Lead Assistant at a high-end facility.
Certifications: Must possess (or obtain within 60 days) an Indiana Category 3B Ornamental and Turf Pest Control License. GCSAA Certification (CGCS) is highly preferred.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of Pennlinks bentgrass greens, management and the specific challenges of Indiana humidity and soil types.
Communication: Ability to provide regular updates to management and ownership regarding course conditions and maintenance schedules.
