Position Summary The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent plays a key leadership role in the daily maintenance and long-term conditioning of a premier 27-hole private golf facility in Central Arkansas. The course features championship level "Champions" ultra-dwarf bermudagrass greens and 419 bermudagrass fairways, tees, and roughs. This position assists the Director of Agronomy and the Golf Course Superintendent in executing agronomic programs, managing personnel, ensuring high standards of playability and aesthetics of the golf course and grounds for the membership and the Simmons Bank Championship.
